The roots of GigSalad date back to 2004 when CEO and co-founder Mark Steiner directed his Connecticut-based talent booking agency. “We were flooded by calls from artists looking for gigs, and from buyers seeking to book artists. The problem was that we couldn’t efficiently connect the two sides.”

And that’s when he and co-founder and designer Steve Tetrault created GigSalad, to provide event hosts with a singular place to find entertainment and services for their unique needs and budgets.
