For the first time ever, SXSW Music will include an Official Event Planner Meetup, hosted by entertainment booking marketplace GigSalad. This is a chance for event planners of all sizes to find each other, network, and learn about best practices in the industry for 2015. The event takes place on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at 5pm in the Austin Suite on the 3rd floor of the Austin Convention Center.

There will be a brief welcome with event planning tips and plenty of time to connect with fellow experience-builders. In addition to GigSalad, come meet food truck booking king Roaming Hunger, the American Disc Jockey Association, and other event industry VIPs.
